Waxing Questions

  • It’s painful, you’ll hate me during the service, you will second guess why you are getting waxed BUT you will love it and you’ll book a second appointment! in all seriousness, It’s SECONDS of discomfort and my waxing technique definitely makes it more than tolerable.

  • Please have at least 3 weeks of hair growth from your last shave or if you get waxed please allow your hair to have 4 weeks in between waxes.

  • You should def. exfoliate 48 hours before so dead skin is not blocking hairs from coming out when you get waxed (which also makes it less painful) also moisturizing the night before & showering before your appointment. We also have cleansing towelettes so please ask if you need one!

  • Take some Tylenol (do not recommend Tylenol if pregnant) 30 mins before your appt, try to relax. We will also walk you through everything & give you great breathing tips & ask you a million questions so you won't even think or feel any pain.

  • Didn't we just say I would take your mind off of it and ask you a million questions? lol but yes the pain lessens & the hair gets thinner, takes longer to grow. You will love your results & the pain that lasts a second will not matter.

  • You sure can. No worries, just pop a tampon in or a menstrual cup and you're good to go!

  • Usually after your 4th wax, it could possibly be before that but it just depends the person, every person is different but for sure we can guarantee 4 is the magic number.

  • You may or may not, if you do I can definitely help you with that, I’ll take the ingrowns out as best as possible with your next wax, we also offer a Vajacial service to help & we have products in our suite that help a whole lot!

  • Ideally you will want to get waxed 4 weeks before your vacation and than again 48 hours before you leave for your vacation for the best results! You can of course still come and get waxed a day or 2 before your vacation but depending if you are consistent on waxing will determine how great your results will be on your whole vacation. If you haven't waxed in a long while, or you are a new client you could have a couple hairs pop up within a few days because every hair is on a different growth cycle when you are not consistent.

  • Zandiland & Bushbalm Im a authorized retailer so you can grab one from my suite, we seriously stand by their products & loveeee them! My clients have all had great results!

  • For the next 24hrs no seggsy time, also no hot tubs, no steaming, no pools, no exercising and do not exfoliate. Also we use Zandiland oil always after your wax to ensure the best first step to aftercare.

  • When you first start waxing you will see a couple of hairs sprout up within the next few days, each hair is on a different growth cycle. The best way to catch all the hairs up to the same growth cycle so that way you are smoother for longer is to just be consistent and that 4th wax is where the magic happens!!

  • Every 4 weeks, sometimes you can go up to 5 weeks depending on the hair growth. But you should definitely be booking after every wax to make sure you get the results you want and the date/time you need! also we automatically schedule each client, so no worries to go into the system and drop all your info again and again.

Laser Hair Removal

  • Once you come in for a consult and are approved for laser hair removal, you can expect to need anywhere from five to twelve treatments. As soon as you start your laser journey, we will assess your hair and growth once you reach five treatments. Once we determine you are completely hair-free, you'll be put into a maintenance phase, where you'll need laser once a year, maybe twice. As long as you do these things, come in every 4-6 weeks for a laser session, after 12 treatments a laser specialist will assess and determine if you are indeed hair free (on pay as you go laser), if so than we will cover your maintenance, completely free of charge. Our unlimited packages come with free laser maintenance.

  • to get the life time maintenance for free, yes you do! but we can still laser you if you have had laser before and need a touch up or if you want to finish your laser journey with us we can help with a discount on the life time maintenance.

Brow Questions

  • There seems to always be a lot of confusion when it comes to all the different types of "Brow Dyes".

    Henna, is an older method but is not as long-lasting and does not produce results as consistent and even as it should. leaving color that does not turn out the same as each time & risking an uneven color on the brow.

    Brow Tint is a temporary process to tint the hairs in the eyebrows and is considered semi-permanent which over time will fade back to the natural brow color.

Naked & Waxed Policies

  • We definitely support parents that are trying to do self care! with that said please respect our suite. Please have a child that’s able to be in a stroller, car seat or is able to sit down for at least a minimum of 20 mins depending the service. Due to safety reasons we can not have any children running or playing with our supplies etc. please be kind :)

  • Be on TIME. While we understand things happen, please be considerate of other clients after you and your wax artist is taking special care to pamper you and focus on you throughout your whole service time. This time is set aside exclusively for you. Please do not arrive late, make sure you know exactly where we are located a day before and count in enough time for traffic. 2 mins late for an appointment may have to be rescheduled.

  • Communication is golden around here. If anything happens, running late etc please communicate so we can make accommodations.

    Text us at 920-634-5659 or by texting us back on your confirmation text you can reach us also. Our response time is faster with text.

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

  • If you need to cancel/reschedule, please cancel/reschedule 24hrs prior to your appt, if you cancel within the 24hrs of your appt you will be charged 50% of the services you booked. If you are counted as a NO SHOW, you will be charged 100% for the services you booked.

  • When you are booking for a friend/family with your contact info and CC info that is your responsibility for who ever contact and CC info their profile is under.

  • All future follow up appointments will be automatically booked to make it convenient for all clients, it is your responsibility to cancel/reschedule (late/no call/no show polices still stand).

  • if you need to use the bathoom, please do so before your appt time so we are not losing out on time. The bathroom is located inside the tea shop.
